Welcome to TipidTable. By submitting a recipe, video, or photo (collectively "Content") to TipidTable.com, you ("Creator") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Ownership and Licensing
Retained Ownership: You retain the copyright to your original Content.

License to TipidTable: By submitting Content, you grant TipidTable a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting or clarity), and distribute your Content on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Exclusivity: Unless otherwise agreed in a "Pro" tier contract, you may post your recipes elsewhere, provided they do not use TipidTable-specific branding or photography produced by TipidTable.

2. Content Standards & Originality
Plagiarism: Recipes must be your original work or a significant adaptation of a classic dish. Direct "copy-pasting" from other websites or cookbooks is strictly prohibited and grounds for account termination.

Accuracy: You agree that all "Cost Per Serving" estimates are provided in good faith based on current market prices in your region.

Quality: All photos and videos must meet the TipidTable Quality Guidelines (e.g., minimum resolution, clear lighting). TipidTable reserves the right to reject content that does not meet these standards.

3. Compensation and Payment
Payment Model: Compensation is based on a hybrid model of Flat Fees (per approved recipe) and Performance Bonuses (based on verified views), as detailed in the Creator Dashboard.

Verified Views: Only "Unique Human Views" as determined by TipidTable’s analytics will be counted. Bot traffic, "refresh spamming," or fraudulent clicks will result in non-payment and potential ban.

Payment Schedule: Payments are processed [e.g., Monthly/Bi-weekly] via [e.g., GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer] once a minimum threshold of [e.g., ₱1,000] is reached.

Taxes: Creators are responsible for reporting and paying any local taxes applicable to their earnings.

4. Community and Conduct
No Harmful Content: Recipes must not include dangerous ingredients or "hacks" that could lead to food poisoning or injury.

Professionalism: Creators must engage with user comments in a respectful manner. TipidTable reserves the right to remove comments or recipes that promote hate speech or misinformation.

5. Termination
By Creator: You may request to have your account and content removed at any time with [30] days' notice. TipidTable may retain archival copies of content as required by law.

By TipidTable: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these terms without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability
TipidTable provides the platform "as-is." We are not liable for any kitchen accidents, failed recipes, or financial losses incurred by users or creators following the content on the site.
